As a youth, I gravitated quite a bit to a lot of heavy punk rock and hardcore music, and in the early 2000’s there was no band more influential on MYSELF as the incredible BoySetsFire.
Fast forward over a decade and not only did I have the good fortune to become friends with Nathan, as he was the biggest influence on me finding my own “voice,” but I was also fortunate enough to find myself as a friend and eventually a bandmate.
Being in a band with someone you looked up to when you started your own musical journey is a feeling I truly can’t even put into words!
